Johnny was the first person to tour this (now famous) Williamsburg brownstone. (Worth a click through, for the great crackpipe graphic alone!)
He's totally ahead of the real estate curve...by not buying it. According to JB: The door wasn't locked -- to get inside, he had to crawl in through the first floor window. "It smells like something died in here," the broker(!) said. The roof was falling and being held up by structural supports that look like they came from a ship.
In a word: Ewwwwwwwwwwwww!!
Still waiting for the bubble to burst, so I can buy a place here.
